  • 12 Days of Christmas
  • 1 Thruster 40/30 kg
  • 2 Snatches 40/30 kg
  • 3 Wallballs 9/6 kg
  • 4 Toes to Bar
  • 5 Burpees
  • 6 OVH Squats 40/30 kg
  • 7 KB Swings 24/16 kg
  • 8 Push Ups
  • 9 STOH 40/30 kg
  • 10 Deadlifts 40/30 kg
  • 11 Sit Ups
  • 12 Forward Rolls

After completing the first movement go back to 1 and begin again adding a new movement each round. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement.

On The Eleventh Day of CrossFit We Have Voted For….

“Deck of Cards”
one deck for group of 2-4 people
Hearts – sit-up
Spades – kb swing
Diamonds – burpee
Clubs – wall balls
Joker = 100 Double Unders
Jack – 11 reps, Queen – 12 reps, King – 13 reps, Ace – 14 reps.

On The Tenth Day of CrossFit My Choaches Gave to Me…

A) WOD

  • Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
  • 55 deadlifts, 100/65 kg
  • 55 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
  • 55-calorie row
  • 55 handstand push-ups
