A) WOD : Partner Chipper

  • 100 Wallballs
  • 90 Sit ups
  • 80 Air Squats
  • 70 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 60 Walking Lunges w. Wall Ball
  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 40 Med Ball Cleans
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Partner Deadlifts 100kg/80kg
  • 10 Walks to Handstands

Wall balls must be done in alternating fashion, deadlifts together, all other exercises may be distributed between teammates at will.
Teams must finish one exercise before moving on to next.
