A) FLEXIBILITY

  • 20 Side Leg Swings on each leg
  • Hold Pancake Split for 2 minutes
  • 20 Front leg Swings on each leg
  • Hold Pike Stretch for 2 minutes

B) WOD AMRAP

  • 12 Minutes
  • 3 Burpees
  • 6 Pullups
  • 9 Jump Lunges
  • 12 Sit Ups

Kõikide klassis osalejate punktid loetakse kokku ja jagatakse osalejate arvuga 🙂
