  • Walking Lunges with BB in Front Rack 30 Steps
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 400 m Run
  • 20 OVH Squats
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 OVH Squats
  • 400 m Run

B) Hold Side Plank for each Side 30-45 sec.  4 Sets
