B) TEAM ROW

  • Row 4000m
  • 1 person rows while other holds DeadLift at finished/top position.
  • Cannot row unless teammate is fully standing and locked out.  
  • Teams can divide distance however they like
  • L1: 100/75 kg; L2: 80/55 kg; L3: 60/35 kg 

C) FOR COOL DOWN

  • 25 Side Burpees
